We're forgetful people, which is just one of the reasons why we schedule Training Day once a year. The purpose is to remind ourselves why our Sunday ministry areas exist and how our involvement and leadership in each of these ministries contributes to the spiritual growth of our church family. It's a great time to interact with your ministry leader, re-familiarize yourself with your responsibilities, and gain a better sense for how you can use your gifts to serve God.
